Ordering FAQ

Shipping Policy

Our Bird toys and small animal toys are all made to order, please allow up to three days for your toys to be assembled and processed ready for shipping.

All other in stock items we aim to post next business day where possible. If ordering our handcrafted toys and other in stock items together your order will be held until all items are ready to pack and ship.

We are currently only shipping within Australia.

We primarily use Sendle couriers who outsource to a variety of carriers (primarily Couriers Please and Fastway), for PO boxes and locations outside of the standard shipping zones for our couriers  we use Australia post.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order is processed for you to track your package. 

​

Due to Covid-19 we will leave directions for you parcel to be left at your front door for contact-less delivery, and Australia Post will leave in a safe place if safe to do so. If you have specific directions please leave us a message at time of checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for change of mind so please select carefully, if you have any issues with your order please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be more than happy to address any concerns.

Due to Covid-19 all outgoing parcels will be labeled with Authority to Leave in a safe place for contact-less delivery, by purchasing you are agreeing to these terms. If you have specific directions please leave us a message at time of checkout and we will do our best to accommodate any specific needs if we are able to do so.

Payments

We are currently accepting payments via Bank Deposit and Paypal. 

Credit cards may be processed via Paypal without a Paypal account. 

Sorry, AfterPay is not accepted.

Consultations are available worldwide, all documents and correspondence are provided via email.
